Our complimentary 15 Minute Smart Review is provided by our firm at no cost to all new & prospective clients. This review is small but mighty.
It provides you with a synopsis as to whether the books are amiss and where exactly they are amiss. It also provides our firm with an understanding of the current state of your books, and how we can help- potentially further recommending a full and in-depth Diagnostic Review as well as Catch-up / Clean-up services.
Our 15 Minute Smart Review is a requisite part of our 'New Client Onboarding Process'. We like for both parties- our firm and your business- to have a good understanding of the anticipated business relationship & to clearly set expectations.
Monthly Basic Bookkeeping provides a simpler, concise & up-to-date view of your business's performance. Aiding you in wisely preparing for the future; for things like tax planning or funding your business with mid-year loans.
We record, categorize, reconcile and close the books - involving all business transactions. Providing you with prepared & manicured Financial Reports each month.
These monthly reports include: Balance Sheet + Profit & Loss. Other additional & specified reports are negotiable.
Monthly Basic Bookkeeping does require the use of your own QBO subscription. You own the license to that and will retain ownership & access to the program even if our working relationship should come to an end.

With our Diagnostic Review + Full Findings Report you can receive confirmation that your business is on the right track or know exactly what needs to be done to get it on track.
This refers to Cleaning-up already completed but errored books and/or Catching-up books that are behind. Most new clients require some degree of one or both.
For new clients signing up for Monthly Basic Bookkeeping our policy requires Clean-up / Catch-up service as an add on for any & all months that a tax return has not been completed. For example, if you have filed your 2018 tax return already, then we need to complete and/or review your books starting with January 2019 up to present day- in order to prepare accurate financials for your upcoming tax return; as well as providing you accurate and well-kept books month-to-month going forward.
For better accuracy in quoting timeline & price for Cleanup-up / Catch-up work, a paid Diagnostic Review +Full Findings Report is required prior to all clean-up and/or catch-up commissioning.
We offer a 50% discount for the required paid Diagnostic Review to all first time Clean-up / Catch-up clients.
Class Tracking
Crucial if you are seeking more detailed financial statements. Class Tracking can be invaluable in tracing profitability of certain jobs, customers or large product lines.
It is also a requirement for real estate investors who have rental properties and plan to “flip” homes for resale.
Are you curious how profitable your various jobs are? Do you really know if you have made money on Job 1 versus Job 2?
Select this service to get additional reports each week or month showing the full detail of Income and Expenses displayed by job so you can make decisions on how to quote future jobs and/or reward your staff for meeting goals!

Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Management
Do you struggle with getting your customer invoices out in a timely fashion? Or you consistently can't find time for recording your customer payments in order to have accurate customer balances? You might also find it difficult to keep up on bill payment and often wonder how much you really owe to the vendors you do business with.
Though managing AR & AP can at times be cumbersome tasks, they're crucial to your business vitality.
Keeping track of customer and vendor balances, sending out invoices, processing customer and vendor payments and updating customer and vendor records are some of the items we can do for you.

Helpful for you if you are needing to brainstorm issues about your business or want to go over the financials in detail.
It's true that unlimited email and text support is included in the Monthly Basic Bookkeeping package.
However, we highly suggest that our clients schedule strategy sessions monthly (or at least quarterly) to chat about the financials and talk through future plans for your business.
It’s always nice to have a fresh perspective and a finger on the pulse of your business trajectory.

Sales Tax Filing
This is an administrative task that many business owners are all too pleased to offload. We would be happy to assist you with monthly, quarterly, or annual filings of your business sales tax returns.
You are required to submit the information necessary for us to compile totals and submit online to the various state departments of revenue.
We do require the information to be sent to our team no later than 5 business days before the due date of the return, to allow for adequate time to compile and file.

Legal Services
Our legal partners offer a complimentary consult to discuss any needs your business may have, including but not limited to, automated alerts to specific due dates and reporting requirements, secured cloud storage for all company documents, questions on entity setup, articles of incorporation, and exit strategies. We highly recommend taking advantage of this complimentary interview. Any additional legal services will require an additional engagement letter with our legal partners.

Payroll Setup & Support
Provided through our payroll partners. All payroll submission, tax payments and tax report filings (including year end reports and W2s) are included in one low monthly fee. The fee varies depending on how many employees your company hires. Our third party payroll experts take on full responsibility for all timely and accurate tax payments and filings. Our payroll experts can even assist you with HR functions and retirement plans for yourself, partners and employees. Health Insurance for yourself and your employees is also available through this service!
